Buenas de nuevo!!Cuánto tiempo sin escribir por aquí... Si es que no se puede cambiar de ciudad así de pronto ;-P. Ya estoy instalado en el nuevo currele (de 8:00 a 15:00 todo el año... OMFG!!!!) y de momento las cosas pintan bien. De hecho estoy haciendo una instalación de prueba de Nagios para darle una patada en el culo a lo que tienen allí... creo que una pantalla con pings es más útil que "eso".
Como son muchas máquinas (cerca de 250), he tenido que distribuir los ficheros de configuración, porque si no tal y como lo explico en el tuto puede ser un poco lioso. Si queréis que Nagios os coja los ficheros de configuración por separado en vez de los de por defecto "services.cfg", "hosts.cfg" y "hostgroups.cfg", podéis indicarle en el archivo nagios.cfg que queéris usar un directorio de almacenamiento, editando las variables:
cfg_dir=directorio_que_sea
De ésta forma podéis tener los ficheros *.cfg dentro de ese directorio para tenerlos en orden. Podéis editar dentro del mismo .cfg las variables host{}, hostgroup{} y services{}. Os aseguro que de ésta forma tendréis muchos menos dolores de cabeza :-D
En breve actualizaré el tuto con este "truco" ;-P

| nosotros los llevamos con una base de datos en sql, y va de maravilla, muy ordenadito y puedes volcarlo todo a un fichero, formateas el fichero para que no sea muy lioso y queda de pm, ahi te queda :) |
